Preamble

Thrive Qube offers help to improve working environments, job satisfaction, and employee engagement, as well as support and programmes for individuals. To achieve this goal, Thrive Qube specialises in workplace consulting, training, advising, executive coaching, organisational development and workshops.

Thrive Qube is a sole proprietorship registered in The Netherlands under KVK number 73517062 and located in The Hague. Thrive Qube can be contacted by the email at hello@thriveqube.com.

This privacy policy explains the use made of personal data processed by Thrive Qube, in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation, applicable from 25th May 2018.

Personal data

As part of its activities, Thrive Qube may have to process personal data while performing its services above mentioned as well as to maintain its administration and track records.

These personal data belong to:

    • visitors to its website thriveqube.com (the ‘’Website’’),
    • clients,
    • prospective clients that have filled the online form on the Website,
    • as well as other partners or service providers.

These personal data processed by Thrive Qube are first name, last name, phone number, email, address, BTW details if the client is a company, bank details whenever a payment is required, IP address, as well as any other personal data shared by the client during the sessions, assessments, diagnostic tests and surveys conducted by Thrive Qube.

Any sensitive information such as health data are not needed. If disclosed by a client voluntarily in the course of the sessions, Thrive Qube will not process those.

Clients, Providers, Partners

As a result of the agreements concluded between Thrive Qube and their clients, providers and partners, Thrive Qube will necessarily need to know of personal data directly collected from them. These data shall be kept during the working relationship with Thrive Qube, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations. For instance, those personal data that appear on business records, to be stored for 7 years in compliance with Dutch laws (such as invoices), will also be stored for 7 years accordingly.

Recommendations

Thrive Qube may display recommendations from clients on the Website for a communication purpose. These recommendations, including any personal data shared, are drafted by the clients. The client agrees on its recommendation to be accessible from the Website to anyone and from anywhere. The recommendations shall be displayed as long as the client has not withdrawn its consent.

Online form

Thrive Qube can be contacted through the Website’s online form, by voluntarily filling information such as name, phone number, email address and a short message in the message box. These data are personal, and the user has to agree to this privacy policy by ticking a box to that purpose in order to be able to send the online form. Thrive Qube shall store these data for a year. If the user becomes a client of Thrive Qube, then the data shall be stored according to the Client, Providers, Partners’ section above.

Data transfer

Thrive Qube does not share or sell the personal data processed, unless required by applicable laws and regulations.

However, due to its organization and work, Thrive Qube may have to:

    • Store data on the servers or clouds of its providers (computer software, mailbox, Website host, statistics and accounting tools, event management platform, etc.). These servers may be outside of the European Union depending on the localization of the providers. These providers are independent and have their own privacy policies on their websites.
    • Share personal data with other partners or associates that would work with Thrive Qube on specific projects such as large workshops.

Cookies

Thrive Qube uses different types of cookies that are detailed, along with their purpose and duration, on the cookie banner that appears at first when browsing the Website.

The cookie banner allows the user to accept or refuse a cookie. Necessary cookies though shall be allowed to continue the navigation.

The cookie banner will disappear by clicking OK which means all cookies will be accepted, and reappears once cookies are expired or refreshed.

A separate cookie declaration is also available in the footer of the Website.

Embedded content

The Website may include embedded content from other websites (e.g. images, articles etc.), that behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about the user, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with the embedded content (including tracking for instance if you have an account and/or are logged in to this website). Thrive Qube is not responsible for these other websites and their cookies or data processing, such as collecting, tracing, monitoring etc. The user should refer to these websites’ privacy policies.

Security measures

Thrive Qube has taken the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the personal data processed.

The Website has an SSL certificate and has a security plugin installed. The systems used can only be accessed through strong passwords regularly changed and are protected with antiviruses. Regular backups are performed to prevent data loss.

Despite all these measures, if a data breach were to happen, Thrive Qube would inform the users as soon as possible in case of high risk, as well as the competent supervisory authorities (the “Autoriteit Persoongegevens” in The Netherlands) according to the GDPR’s requirements.

Users’ rights

The consent given to Thrive Qube to use personal data can always be withdrawn by writing to hello@thriveqube.com. Users can access their personal data and ask to have them rectified, modified or deleted. They can oppose to or limit the processing of their personal data, and eventually in case they believe a personal data has been mishandled, they can make a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
