About Thrive Qube
Thrive Qube was born out of a desire to do better. To treat one’s self and each other better. To reduce unconscious bias and create more inclusive workplaces for women and underrepresented groups.
As a boutique consultancy I offer a personalised approach to every situation. I pride myself on the relationships I build with my clients. There are no off-the-shelf mass trainings or solutions here. I don’t believe in generalisations or putting people in boxes – everyone is unique, and each situation requires its own bespoke solution. Since Thrive Qube was set up in January 2019, I have delivered workshops and keynotes for International organisations in The Hague and surrounding areas and for corporate clients in the Randstad.
When you call or e-mail, you will always get an in-depth initial consultation with me. When necessary, I have a close network of professionals who I collaborate with on projects where their expertise can strengthen what I offer.
I live and work in The Netherlands, and have over 15 years of experience in the public sector and in international environments. I studied in the United Kingdom, where I obtained both my Bachelor’s in Social and Clinical Psychology, and Master’s in Organisational Psychology (both accredited by the British Psychological Society). I have also successfully completed a Certificate in counselling skills, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. In the Netherlands I am a member of the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen, NIP).
In addition to my work with International organisations and corporate companies I also take on a limited number of individual clients per month in my private therapy practice. As a qualified psychologist, I have been told I have a very empathetic approach and can help people put their emotions into words.
I love connecting people and co-host LinkedIn Local events in The Hague to give people the opportunity to meet the people behind the LinkedIn profiles. I am also an active supporter of the Rise and Lead Summit and Rise and Lead Women where I regularly facilitate mentoring circles.

People are at the heart of everything we do. We are tired of stories of workplaces where people are disengaged, unhappy or suffering from burnout. How you feel at work spills into your personal life and vice versa. Our vision at Thrive Qube is to create workplaces where people Thrive.
Trust & Integrity
Trust underpins every important and worthwhile relationship. The trust you place in Thrive Qube is very important to us. To learn more about how we work with you, read our privacy statement here. We also support you to create and cultivate trust in your team and workplace.
Respect and Diversity
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and valued for what they bring. That is why we want to help you create an environment where people feel included, where diversity is encouraged and celebrated, and where unconscious behaviours and biases are addressed.
